Refurbishment to existing factory/warehouse for a stone masonry and historic building façade restoration company.

External works include removal of part of existing roof, new canopy entry and port car parking, windows, façade treatments, fence and gates.

Internal works include complete refurbishment and office fit out including new timber floor, partitions, floor coverings, workstations and joinery, staff lunchroom and new finishes to existing walls.

Refurbishment works to the warehouse area include a new acoustically rated stone cutting room and ceiling, partitioning for secure equipment store, work benches, shelving and racking and additional amenities.
