This project involved the construction of a new police station and residence on a new site.

The station provides a garage for police vehicles, additional secure parking or vehicle storage, boat storage compartment, holding cell facility, and offices to provide a fluctuating staff with a spacious, pleasant and efficient working environment.

The design satisfies the functional requirements of a police station while ensuring the proportion and scale of the building lies well in the existing landscape and residential neighbourhood.
