Completed in 2002 this complex accommodates the Monash University International Offices, Monash University College and Language Centre and Monash University Office of International Affairs.

This new centre enables the consolidation of the university's international program under one roof. The four storey, 6,441 sq m facility includes state-of-the-art computer and language laboratories, a combined library and independent learning centre, a 150 seat lecture theatre, classrooms for 700 students, a student common room and car parking.

The College has been designed to respect the culture and philosophy of Asian students and incorporates the principles of 'Feng Shui'. The complex includes an imposing public forecourt with water features and a glazed multi-level atrium entry. The building is situated on a highly visible and prominent site. Sculptured elevations and landscaping are designed to give provide an interesting and strong visual presence in response to the brief and to assist marketing to overseas students.
